The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes specific obligations on the service provider with regard to the collection and processing of Personal Data belonging to European Data Subjects.
 
Your personal data are collected and securely stored by the translator for the purpose of providing you with the translation services you requested, sending you quotes and invoices, communicating with you for such purposes, and requesting feedback for quality control purposes.
 
“Personal data” refer to any data which can identify you directly or indirectly, in particular any data you chose to communicate to us or which appear on your documents, such as your name, birth and place of birth, ID number, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, as well as any medical, economic, financial, social and professional data.
 
Ms. Baltié shall protect the confidentiality of your documents to avoid any breach of security or unauthorized disclosure of data. The translator shall not transmit such data to any third parties.
